Artificial Structure and Alien Base on the Dark Side of the Moon
A report titled "Image Analysis of Unusual Structures on the Far Side of the Moon in the Crater Paracelsus C" published by the Society for Planetary SETI Research (the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) found mysterious structures on the backside, or far side of the Moon, and that they may have been built by extraterrestrial aliens, and are of not human origin.
NASA Insiders Confirm Artificial Structures on the Far Side of the Moon
Dr. John Brandenburg, a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics, was involved in NASA's Clementine Mission to the Moon, which not only found water at the Moon's poles in 1994, but also that bases were built on the Moon. He stated that he saw an image of "a mile wide recto-linear structure" that looked "unmistakably artificial, and that "it shouldn't be there." As someone in the space defense community, Dr. Brandenburg had "great concern" because "it isn't ours, there is no way we could have built such a thing. It means someone else is up there."
When the Clementine mission was completed, Dr. Brandenburg was told "not to interfere" with "an elite department team with the highest security clearance" that analyzed the images taken from the moon.
Carl Sagan Spoke About the Possibility of Extraterrestrial Visitation and Alien Bases on the Back Side of the Moon
During these early years of SETI (The search for extra-terrestrial intelligence), Carl Sagan spoke about the possibility of extraterrestrial visitation in 1963, “It is not out of the question that artifacts of these [extraterrestrial] visits still exist, or even that some kind of base is maintained (possibly automatically) within the solar system to provide continuity for successive expeditions. Because of weathering and the possibility of detection and interference by the inhabitants of the Earth, it would be preferable not to erect such a base on the Earth’s surface. The Moon seems one reasonable alternative. Forthcoming high resolution photographic reconnaissance of the Moon from space vehicles – particularly of the back side – might bear these possibilities in mind”.
A US Air Force (USAF) Witness Learned About Bases on the Backside of the Moon at a National Security Agency (NSA) Facility
Karl Wolf, a USAF personnel who held a top secret crypto clearance, gave his testimony in Washington DC at the National Press Club that an airman at an NSA facility told him in 1965 that they discovered a base on the backside of the moon from the lunar orbiter images they received. Wolf stated that he personally saw the mosaic which showed "the base, geometric shapes, towers, spherical buildings, radar dishes, and other massive structures."

In the book "Thiaoouba Prophecy", the author, Michel Desmarquet, was told by aliens with advanced civilizations that there were bases on the backside of the Moon, built by the people from planet Aremo X3, for the purposes of migrating to Earth. They had the intention of resettling several million people from Aremo X3 - a planet that was becoming uncomfortably over-populated. At that time they had advanced technologies and were able to conduct intergalactic travels.
Thao, the ET, explains, "About 250 000 Earth years ago, the inhabitants of planet Aremo X3 [the Polynesian race on earth today], ... embarked on an interplanetary voyage of exploration penetrating your solar system. After having skirted Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury, they landed on the planet Earth in China, where their spacecraft caused considerable panic among the populace. After having confrontations with the Chinese, they moved on, and decided to settle on the continent of Mu [Lemuria]. At that time, Lemuria was a continent that was raised by gaseous belts in the Pacific Ocean, and it was then virtually uninhabited and, by virtue of its latitude, it was "a veritable paradise".
Since they caused casualties with the Chinese, "they had become particularly cautious and felt it would be wise to establish a base to which they could retreat, should they encounter further hostilities of a serious nature from Earth people. ... Thus, it was decided that their base of retreat would be set up, not on Earth, but on the moon, which was quite close and considered very safe."

Therefore, yes, there are alien bases on the far side of the Moon, and they were built by the people from planet Aremo X3.
What happened to the continent of Lemuria? About 14,500 years ago, the continent of Lemuria sank into the Pacific Ocean, only leaving a few remaining portions as islands such as the Easter Island (where you can find the Moai Statues) and the Hawaiian Islands. It took away all the advanced technologies that the people from Aremo X3 had, which they didn't share with the rest of the world. However, we can still appreciate the Great Pyramid and the Moai Statues, accomplishments from their technologies in the past.
What about the planet Aremo X3 now? Unfortunately, according to the book Thiaoouba Prophecy, the people who remained there had a nuclear war about 150 years ago and there are only a few survivors left.
