Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and Zinc are shown to be effective against the novel
coronavirus Covid-19 when taken together.
Mechanism of action
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is a quinoline antimalarial drug. As with other
quinoline antimalarial drugs, its mechanism of action of quinine has not been
fully resolved. However, hydroxychloroquine has been suggested to be a zinc
ionophore, a chemical that reversibly binds zinc ions, and may derive an
anti-cancer action from increasing intracellular zinc uptake. Therefore, with
zinc, it may increase the antiviral effect of zinc, an antiviral agent.

Hydroxychloroquine matches frequency with the Exoribonuclease of the SARS-CoV-2
virion. According to Uniprot.org, the Exoribonuclease performs proofreading
functions for RNA replication, thereby lowering the sensitivity of the virus to
RNA mutagens. This gives an idea as to the mechanism of action of
Hydroxychloroquine against the virus.
Zinc matches with nsp8, a protein which functions with nsp7 to form a
hexadecamer that may participate in viral replication by acting as a primase.
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is one of the over 200 drugs that can be used in a
certain way against COVID-19. According to
Ikwan Onwuka's frequency calculations (see
Using Sound
Therapy and Vibrational Medicine to
Fight Against the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19), the vibrational signature of
HCQ matches two genes/proteins of the SARS-CoV-2. The first is NSP4 which
assists in the replication of the virus. The second is the Exoribonuclease which
acts as proofreading protein for RNA replication, thereby lowering the
sensitivity of the virus to RNA mutagens. The application of HCQ, therefore
interferes with these two functions and forms the basis HCQ's mechanism of
action in COVID-19 cases. Add this to the anti-inflammatory action of HCQ and
you'd see why it is effective if applied early. The Key of HCQ is Key B, 978.8Hz
and its 11th harmonics.
HCQ is currently being used alongside Zinc and Azithromycin. And this,
Ikwan Onwuka believes, is a good combination.
Zinc is on Key G, 762.12Hz and that matches with two other gene/proteins of
SARS-CoV-2. First is the NSP8 which participates in viral replication by acting
as a primase. The second is the Nucleoprotein which is the largest protein of
the SARS-CoV-2, making it a really great target for therapeutic purposes. The
function of the nucleoprotein is also very strategic in the life cycle of the
SARS-CoV-2.
So, when you combine HCQ and Zinc, you are targeting 4 important proteins of the
SARS-CoV-2. And at early-stage infection, such targeting will hamper the
functions of the virus to a fatal threshold, leading to its inactivation.
Besides interfering with the proteins of SARS-CoV-2, Zinc is known for other
functions that are beneficial to the immune system.
Azithromycin is on Key C#, 545.67Hz and that matches with NSP 6 of the
SARS-CoV-2
A Lab Made Virus?
Something strange about this virus is that the vibrational frequency of the
gene/proteins covers 11 out of the 12 bands. Therefore,
Ikwan Onwuka believes that
it was specifically tweaked in a lab to affect
almost every part of the human organism to different degrees. Thus, HCQ +
Zinc + Azithromycin may work for now but it is not the ultimate answer.
