Using Sound
Resonance and Vibrational Frequencies to Target the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19
There are 7 files in all. 6 of them were designed with frequencies to target
different genes/proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 virion. In
Ikwan Onwuka's estimation, these target proteins
control the strategic functions of the SARS-CoV-2 virion, therefore, inhibiting
them successfully will lead to the inactivation of the virus and stemming of its
spread in the host organism. The tracklist with the target proteins is as
follows:
1. Target 1 - Spike protein and NSP2
2. Target 2 - Mpro, Helicase, 2'-OMT, and Envelope protein
3. Target 3 - NSP3, ORF6, ORF7a, ORF8
4. Target 4 - RdRpolymerase, NSP9
5. Target 5 - Membrane protein, and Replicase polyprotein
6. Target 6 - Nucleoprotein, and NSP8
The 7th track is a musical composition that approximates the proteomics pitches
into a musical scale. The hypothesis here is that the harmonious arrangements
occurring in the music will entrain the activities of the genes/proteins from
chaos to harmonic order.
Here is a brief rundown of the functions of the SARS-CoV-2 genes/proteins
targeted by this therapy. It gives an idea of the mechanism of action of this
sound therapy against COVID-19.
1. Spike protein:
Attaches the virion to the host cell membrane and facilitates the fusion of the
virion and cellular membrane.
2. NSP2:
May play a role in modulation of cell survival signaling pathway.
3. Mpro (NSP5)
Cleaves the C-terminus of Replicase polyprotein at 11 sites to release the other
non-structural proteins.
4. Helicase:
A multi-functional protein.
5. 2'-OMT (2'-O-Methyltransferase):
Plays an essential role in viral mRNA cap methylation which is essential to
evade the immune system.
6. Envelope protein:
Plays a central role in virus morphogenesis and assembly. Plays a role in the
induction of apoptosis. Activates NLRP3 inflammasomes, leading to the
overproduction of pro Inflammatory cytokines IL-1beta
7. NSP3:
Responsible for the cleavages located at the N-terminus of the Replicase
polyprotein. Participates together with nsp4 in the assembly of virally induced
cytoplasmic double-membrane vesicles necessary for viral replication.
Antagonizes innate immune induction of type 1 interferon.
8. ORF6 protein:
Disrupts cell nuclear import complex. Prevents STAT 1 nuclear translocation in
response to interferon signaling, thus blocking the expression of
interferon-stimulated genes (ISG) that display multiple antiviral activities.
9. ORF7a protein:
Non-structural protein which is dispensable for virus replication in cell
culture.
10. ORF8 protein:
May play a role in host-virus interaction.
11. RdRp (RNA dependent RNA polymerase):
Responsible for replication and transcription of the viral RNA genome.
12. NSP9:
May participate in viral replication by acting as ssRNA-binding protein.
13. Membrane protein:
Component of the viral envelope that plays a central role in virus morphogenesis
and assembly.
14. Replicase polyprotein:
Polyprotein that cleaves into 15 smaller
non-structural proteins.
15. Nucleoprotein:
Packages the positive strand viral genome RNA into a helical ribonucleocapsid
(RNP) and plays a vital role in virion assembly.
16. NSP8:
Function with nsp7 to form a hexadecamer that may participate in viral
replication by acting as a primase.
Therapy Protocol:
For each therapy session, all 7 tracks should be listened to in the following
sequence:
1. Corona's Raven (the musical composition)
2. Target 1
3. Target 2
4. Target 3
5. Target 4
6. Target 5
7. Target 6
8. Corona's Raven
Following this protocol, the total duration for each session is about 50 minutes
and 40 seconds and
Ikwan Onwuka recommends at least 3 sessions per
day for a total of 3 to 5 days. Kindly note that this recommendation is
tentative and could be fine-tuned according to the outcome of trials. The
therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated by the participants of previous
trials.
